MoB Apparel specializes in custom manufacturing. Therefore:
  • Customer Warranty: You represent that you own the rights to all artwork, logos, and slogans submitted.
  • Copyright Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Vandava, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, and costs (including attorney fees) arising from allegations of trademark or copyright infringement related to your order.
  • Refusal Rights: We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that we deem to be hateful, defamatory, or in violation of third-party intellectual property.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT ACCURACY & MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES
  • Color Matching: We use industry-standard inks. However, due to variations in monitor calibrations and garment fabrics, we do not guarantee a 100% match to on-screen colors.
  • Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before purchase. We are not liable for items that do not fit if they align with the manufacturer’s stated dimensions.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 - BILLING, TAXATION & PRICING
  • Tax Obligations: Prices do not include sales tax. We will collect and remit sales tax based on the shipping destination in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and relevant nexus states.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a typographical error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
  • Modifications: Prices are subject to change without notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
