Excellent customer service! Certainly went the extra mile. After a mix up with an order I placed through Harmon Elementary, they not only filled the order and shipped it to my home, but also refunded my money!!! More than pleasantly surprised because the order could have been fulfilled with the next fundraiser. No intervention was necessary. And, I hadn't even complained! Great job!
